Vegetable Stir-Fry

A quick and healthy stir-fry with fresh vegetables and a savory soy-based sauce.

Ingredients


  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 Piece Onion
  • 1 Piece Red bell pepper
  • 1 Piece Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Piece Zucchini
  • 100 Gram Broccoli florets
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 Piece Garlic

Instructions


  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
