Vegetable Stir-Fry
A quick and healthy stir-fry with fresh vegetables and a savory soy-based sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 Piece Onion
- 1 Piece Red bell pepper
- 1 Piece Yellow bell pepper
- 1 Piece Zucchini
- 100 Gram Broccoli florets
- 2 Tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- 2 Piece Garlic
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
