Spaghetti Carbonara
A classic Italian pasta dish made with eggs, cheese, pancetta, and pepper.

Ingredients
- 200 Gram Spaghetti
- 100 Gram Pancetta
- 2 Piece Eggs
- 50 Gram Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pancetta until crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan, and a pinch of pepper.
- Drain the pasta and reserve some of the cooking water.
- Toss the hot pasta with the pancetta, adding a little pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Remove the pan from the heat and pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Season with more pepper and Parmesan, then serve immediately.
