BBQ Ribs

Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs coated in smoky BBQ sauce and slow-cooked to perfection.

Ingredients


  • 1 Piece Baby back ribs
  • 1 Piece Salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup Bbq sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar.
  3. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5-3 hours.
  4. After baking, remove the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until caramelized.
  5. Let the ribs rest before slicing and serving.
