BBQ Ribs
Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs coated in smoky BBQ sauce and slow-cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 Piece Baby back ribs
- 1 Piece Salt and pepper
- 1 Cup Bbq sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5-3 hours.
- After baking, remove the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest before slicing and serving.
